人工晶状体倾斜和偏中心测量的研究进展

摘要 人工晶状体植入后若发生倾斜和(或)偏中心,患者可出现眩光、视力下降等症状,测量和计算人工晶状体植入后的倾斜和偏中心,对于人工晶状体和手术方案的选择具有指导意义。目前可以通过超声波、超声生物显微镜、光学相干断层扫描、Pentacam三维眼前段分析仪等观测人工晶状体的倾斜和偏中心,但其各有利弊,有望通过建立描述人工晶状体的几何数学模型,精确计算其实际倾斜和偏中心数值。
