大气颗粒物中石膏和石英的付里叶变换红外分光光度测定法 被引量:1

摘要 本文提出了一种测定大气颗粒物中石膏和石英的付里叶变换红外分光光度法。将一定重量的纯石膏、石英和一定重量的溴化钾混合后研磨大约15分钟,用上述混合物制成不同重量但直径相同的薄片,在特定的光谱范围内(石英在830—730cm^(-1),石膏在1780—1580cm^(-1))用付里叶变换红外分光光度法测其吸收积分强度。所得回归方程,对石英为A=17.05m+1.56,对石膏为A=12.28m+4.18。用同样方法制备和测定试样的KBr片。用此方法测定成都大气颗粒物中的石膏和石英含量,石膏的相对标准偏差为2.2%,石英的相对标准偏差为6.5%,二者的回收率为92—95%。 A fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopic method has been developed for the determination of gypsum and quartz in atmosphere particles. A de finite weight of pure gypsum and quartz were mixed with KBr and ground about 15 minutes. The KBr-pellets prepared from above mixture had same diameter, but different weight. In featured spectral range, 830-730 cm^(-1) for quartz, 1780-1580 cm^1 for gypsum, integrated absorbance was measured bY FT-IR spectrometry. The regression equations(A=17.05m+1.56 for quartz, A=12.28m+4.18 for gypsum)were obtained. The KBr-pellets of samples were also prepared and measured as above Gypsum and quartz in the atmosphere particles from Chengdu were determined.The relative standard deviation is 2.2% for gypsum and 6.5% for quartz, The recovery is 92-99.5%.
