聚甲酚磺醛溶液在宫颈微波治疗中的应用

Use of Policresulen Solution in Cervical Microwave Treatment

目的探讨聚甲酚磺醛溶液在宫颈微波治疗中的应用。方法对2007年3月~2009年3月份80例接受宫颈治疗的患者进行治疗分析,50例尝试聚甲酚磺醛溶液宫颈局部贴敷为治疗组,30例对照组。结果治疗组50例中阴道排液和出血情况明显减少,差异比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治愈率达100%。结论慢性宫颈炎是常见的妇科疾病,物理治疗慢性宫颈糜烂是治疗该病的最佳手段,但术后出现的副反应,比如阴道排液和出血直接影响其治愈率,因此,微波治疗术后联合应用聚甲酚磺醛溶液局部治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the use of policresulen solution in the cervical microwave treatment.Methods An analysis was made of 80 cases treated from March 2007 to March 2009,and the treatment group with 50 cases in it was given cervical local application of policresulen solution,and 30 cases acted as control group.Results Vaginal discharge and bleeding of the treatment group were obviously decreased,with the curative rate of 100% and with a significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The use of policresulen solution in the cervical microwave treatment shows a good effect,worthy of being popularized.
