摘要
介绍了MG800／2040-WD型采煤机的行走部，并分析其工作方式。对该型电牵引采煤机的行走轮进行改进设计，得到一个更适合齿轮—销排传动方式的行走轮，从而提高了该采煤机的工作效率。
The purpose of this paper is to introduce the wheel box of MG800/2040-WD shearer and analyze their operating mode. Through the improved design for the walk wheel of the shearer, a new walk wheel which is more suitable for gear-pin transmission is designed, and enhances the working efficiency of the shearer.
