摘要
目的探讨单侧多功能外固定支架在治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对2005年8月至2010年9月我院采用单侧多功能外固定支架治疗的胫腓骨骨折212例临床资料进行分析。结果随访8～16个月,203例患肢功能恢复优9例良,效果满意。结论使用小切口单侧多功能外固定支架治疗开放性和复杂性胫腓骨骨折有良好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the results of treating Tibial-fibular Fracture by Unilateral Multi-functional External Fixator.Methods Analyzing the 212 cases who were treated with Unilateral Multi-functional External Fixator during Aug.2005 and Sep.2010.Results All followed-up between 8 to 16 months,The function of wounded limb was excellence in 203 cases,good in 9 cases.Conclusion There are good results of treating open and complex Tibial-fibular Fracture by small incision Unilateral Multi-functional External Fixator
