脉冲振荡法支气管激发试验诊断支气管哮喘 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨脉冲振荡法在支气管激发试验诊断支气管哮喘中的应用价值。方法:采用常规肺通气功能及脉冲振荡法测呼吸道阻力(IOS),比较2种测定方法在哮喘组和健康对照组吸入支气管激发剂前、后的肺功能及呼吸阻抗等指标的变化。结果:哮喘组吸入支气管激发剂后呼吸总阻抗(Z5)、总气道阻力(R5)、中心气道阻力(R20)、共振频率(Fres)较激发前及对照组显著增加(P<0.01),哮喘组IOS测定指标中Z5、R5、R20、Fres与FEV1呈负相关关系,X5与FEV1呈正相关关系。结论:脉冲振荡法在支气管激发试验诊断支气管哮喘中具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective:To investigate the impulse oscillation bronchial provocation test in the diagnosis of bronchial asthma in the application.Methods: There were two groups,the asthma group and healthy control group.Common pulmonary function and impulse oscillometry after inhalation of bronchial provocation agent before and after changes in respiratory impedance was used to measure changes in lung function.Results: Total respiratory impedance(Z5),total airway resistance(R5),central airway resistance(R20),the resonant frequency(Fres) in the test group were in increased signitincantly than those of the control group(P0.01).Fres was negatively correlated with FEV1,and X5 was positively correlated with FEV1.Conclusions:The impulse oscillation bronchial provocation test in the diagnosis of asthma has a higher clinical value.
