甲状腺疾病彩色多普勒超声误诊病例分析

Misdiagnosis Analysis of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosing Benign and Malignant Thyroid Tubercle

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声误诊甲状腺良恶性结节的原因。方法:对229例经手术病理证实的甲状腺结节患者的彩色多普勒超声图像进行回顾分析。结果:片面地注重甲状腺结节的某一声像特征或没有结合临床病史及病理特点等导致误诊病例共35例。结论:全面的诊断思维可有助于提高超声诊断的准确性。

Objective：To evaluate the cause of misdiagnosis of the benign and malignant thyroid tubercle using color Doppler ultrasound.Methods：Totle 229 thyroid tubercle cases underwent color doppler supersonic examination proved by the surgery and pathology were reviewed.Results： Biased emphasis on a certain feature of thyroid tubercle,or non-considering clinical history or pathological characteristics leaded to 35 cases of misdiagnosis.Conclusions： Broadening the diagnostic thinking may increases our diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography.
