Russian natural scientist Tsiolkovsky is a founder of astronautics.Through cosmonautics,he influences every one＇s life.His cosmology has a rich connotation that covers philosophy of religion and leads the people to going on the road of perfect and bright future——Flying into the universe is a grand plan for all the human being＇s future.Generally,We believe that his grand plan for remaking the earth and conquering the universe predicts the present fashionable thinking of stable development.But his plan for remaking the earth is extremely anti-ecological.He trys to resolve the global problems through human being＇s cosmic expasion,but there are a lot of problems to overcome at present.Therefore,the task of our human being is to look for the ideas and values of the post-industrial era that can deal with the global crisis our human being face today.
