血清sLOX-1水平与2型糖尿病合并冠心病的相关性分析

摘要 目的:评价血清可溶性凝集素样氧化型低密度脂蛋白受体-1(sLOX-1)的水平与2型糖尿病患者合并冠心病(CAD)的相关性。方法:本横断面研究共纳入177名2型糖尿病患者,分为两组:2型糖尿病无冠心病(DM2)组(109例)及2型糖尿病合并冠心病(DM2+CAD)组(68例)。用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测量每组患者的sLOX-1水平。结果:DM2+CAD组患者血清sLOX-1水平明显高于DM2组患者[2014(820~3679)pg/ml:1265(527-2047)pg/ml,P〈0.01]。多元Logistic回归分析显示血清sLOX-1水平是2型糖尿病患者存在CAD的独立危险因子(优势比2.477,95%可信区间1.385-4.683;P〈0.05)。结论:血清sLOX-1水平是2型糖尿病患者合并冠心病的独立危险因子,重要预测指标。 Objective:To investigate whether circulating soluble lectin-like oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1(sLOX-1) level is associated with coronary artery disease(CAD) in patients with type 2 diabetes(DM2).Methods:A total of 177 patients with DM2 were enrolled in this cross-sectional study.The patients were divided into two groups:DM2 group(DM2 without CAD group,n=109) and DM2 with CAD group(DM2+CAD group,n=68).Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to measure sLOX-1 level of each group.Results:Serum sLOX-1 level was significantly higher in DM2+ CAD group than that of DM2 group [2014(820~3679)pg/ml vs.1265(527-2047)pg/ml P〈0.01].Multiple Logistic analysis showed that serum sLOX-1 level was independently associated with CAD in patients with DM2(odds ratio was 2.477,95% confidence interval was 1.385~4.683;P0.05).Conclusion:Serum sLOX-1 level is independently associated with coronary artery disease in patients with type 2 diabetes.The measurement of serum sLOX-1 level may be potentially useful in predicting the presence of coronary artery disease in patients with type 2 diabetes.
