植物桃耳七中鬼臼毒素的提取及HPLC分析

PURIFICATION OF PODOPHYLLOTOXIN FROM SINOPODOPHYLLUM EMODI AND ANALYSIS BY HPLC

采取化学提取及层析分离，从植物桃耳七中分离出高纯度鬼臼毒素，并利用ＨＰＬＣ对其进行分析，测定结果证明产品中鬼臼毒素的含量不低于９８％ ，有关物质含量不超过２％ 。

Podophyllotoxin extracted from Sinopodophyllum emodi roots with orga nic solvents was purified by Al 2O 3 column chromatography. HPLC analysis proved that purity of podophyllotoxin was 98% and the content of related materials was less than 2%. The results showed that our two step procedure is a relatively simple and highly efficient method for purification of podophyllotoxin from plants.
