摘要
用ＨｙｐｅｒｓｉｌＯＤＳ色谱柱，以磷酸二氢钾（０．０５ ｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ， ｐＨ ３．２）－乙腈（９２∶８）为流动相，采用反相高效液相色谱法测定血浆中阿替洛尔浓度。方法回收率高，结果准确，重现性好。
Using 0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH3.2) acetonitrile (92∶8) as mobile phase, and Hypersil ODS column, the concentration of atenolol in human plasma was determined by RP HPLC. The method had a higher recovery, it was accurate and reproducible.
