摘要
以正己烷－二噁烷（１００∶２）为流动相，采用高效液相色谱法测定丙泊酚含量。丙泊酚能与相关杂质很好地分离。方法简便、快速。
Propofol was determined by HPLC, using n hexane 1,4 dioxane (100∶2) as mobile phase.Propofol was separated from its related impurities satisfactorily. The method is handy, rapid and accurate.
