基于IPC的某型舰炮武器模拟训练系统接口机设计

Designed of the naval gun weapon simulation training system interface machine based on IPC

为了使具有模拟接口的舰炮监控柜与具有以太网接口的火控设备模拟器正常通信,研制了一种基于IPC的舰炮武器模拟训练系统接口机。该接口机由IPC、ISA总线的轴角-数字板、数字-轴角板、I/O板,I/O转接板等组成,实现了舰炮监控柜的开关量、模拟轴角量与以太网数字量之间的相互实时转换。实际应用表明,该接口机具有设计简单、可靠性高、通用性好的优点,因而有较高的推广应用价值。

In order to communicate naval gun monitor cabinet with analog interface with fire control device with Ethernet interface in naval gun weapon simulation training system,a interface machine is developed based on IPC.The interface machine is composed of IPC,shaft angle to digital board with ISA bus,digital to shaft angle board with ISA bus,I/O board with ISA bus,I/O conversion board and etc,and realize real-time conversion each other between I/O,analog shaft angle of naval gun monitor cabinet and digital of Ethernet.Practical applications indicate that the interface machine has many advantages such as simple design,high reliability,general-purpose,so it has higher value of application and extension.
