摘要
提出了射流伺服阀用超磁致伸缩执行器结构,采用磁场有限元法分析了超磁致伸缩执行器结构参数对超磁致伸缩棒内磁场分布的影响机理,给出了超磁致伸缩执行器结构设计的原则。推导出考虑超磁致伸缩棒内磁场分布不均匀时驱动磁场与执行器输出位移的关系方程式,并通过仿真与实验研究揭示了超磁致伸缩棒内磁场分布不均匀性对超磁致伸缩执行器位移输出的影响规律,最后求出所设计超磁致伸缩执行器漏磁系数约为1.4.
On the basis of introducing the structure of the giant magnetostrictive actuator for jet servo valve, giant magnetostrictive actuator structural parameters’ in fluences on magnetic field distribution of the giant magnetostrictive rod is an alyzed by the finite element methods, then the principles of structural design o f the giant magnetostrictive actuator are given. Considering the heterogeneous magneitc fields in the gaint magnetostrictive rod, after getting the relationshi p between driving magnetic fields and the output displacement in gaint magnetost rictive rod, the heterogeneous degree of the magnetic field distribution’s infl uence on the output displacement is gained by simulation and experiment. Finally , the magnetic-leakage coefficient of the designed gaint magnetostrictive actua tor is given, which is 1.4.
