摘要
针对山生柳3种不同无性繁殖技术,利用灰色系统关联度分析方法对其进行了计算分析,结果表明:无性繁殖技术观测指标间的关联度大小依次为:保存率>主根长度>茎粗>株高>一级分枝数量>地上生物量鲜质量>侧根数量;3种不同处理的关联度大小依次为:硬枝扦插>嫩枝扦插>根插。主根长度、茎粗和株高3个观测指标是影响山生柳无性繁殖成活率的主要指标因子,硬枝扦插处理是山生柳在高寒区最适合的快繁技术。
A correlation analysis between different observation indexes was conducted by the gray system method in terms of three different asexual reproduction methods for Salix oritrepha.Results showed that the correlation degree between observation indexes exhibited in the order of survival rate,main root length,stem diameter,height,number of first-order branches,fresh weight of aboveground biomass,and the number of lateral roots from high to low.The correlation degree between reproduction methods exhibited in the order of hardwood cutting,softwood cutting and root cutting.Main root length,stem diameter,height are the main indexes affecting the survival rate of asexual reproduction,and hardwood cutting is most suitable for S.oritrepha propagation in the alpine regions.
