缺氧缺血性脑病患儿血清IGF-1与脂质过氧化的关系

摘要 目的:探讨缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清IGF-1水平与脂质过氧化的关系。方法:应用放射免疫分析法和化学比色法对31例HIE患儿进行了血清IGF-1、SOD和MDA水平检测,并与35例正常新生儿作比较。结果:HIE患儿血清IGF-1和SOD水平非常显著地低于正常新生儿组(P<0.01),而MDA水平则显著地高于正常新生儿组(P<0.01),相关分析显示:血清MDA水平与SOD、IGF-1水平呈负相关(r=-0.4782、-0.5014,P<0.01)。结论:HIE患儿存在脂质过氧化,与IGF-1存在有相关性。 Objective: To explore the relationship between the serum IGF-1 level and lipid peroxidation in neonate hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods:The serum IGF-1 level was measured by RIA in 31 cases of neonate HIE and 35 normal neonates,and the serum SOD and MDA levels were measured by chemistry colorimetry.Results:The serum IGF-1 and SOD levels were significantly lower in HIE than those in controls(P0.01),while the serum MDA level was significantly higher(P0.01).The serum MDA level was negatively correlated with the SOD and GF-1 Levels(r=-0.4782,-0.5014,P0.01).Conclusion:Lipid peroxidation is present in HIE,which is correlated with the changes of IGF-1 level.
