摘要
设计了一套水力空化实验装置来强化高酸值油脂脱酸反应,并以乌桕皮油为原料油,研究了水力空化不同操作方式对酯化脱酸反应的影响。研究结果表明:采用水力空化技术可以强化醇油互不相溶体系酯化反应的传质过程,与传统机械搅拌相比,可以较大程度缩短反应达到平衡的时间。通过比较水力空化连续操作的3种不同方式(甲醇/催化剂一次加入、分批加入、循环利用)可以发现,循环利用可以使甲醇用量比一次加入的减少5/6。结果表明,采用甲醇循环利用的连续操作方式可以在较大程度上降低酯化反应过程中甲醇的用量。
A hydrodynamic cavitation set up was designed and constructed. The intensification of hydrodynamic cavitation on the esterification process for removing FFA from Chinese vegetable tallow was studied. The result indicated that the esterification process of oil and methanol system could be intensified by hydrodynamic cavitation. Being compared to the mechanical agitation, the equilibration time was reduced to a greater extent by hydrodynamic cavitation. And the effect of three operating modes, which were named as methanol one time-fed (Mode 1 ), batch-fed (Mode 2) and recycled (Mode 3), was compared in esterification process. Compared with Mode 1, the methanol consumption was reduced by 5/6 in Mode 3, which indicated that recycling of methanol & catalyst can reduce methanol consumption to greater extent in esterification process.
