摘要
在数控车床的编程和操作中,车刀和工件的相对位置关系非常重要,其影响因素主要有刀具的形状、位置及车刀圆角半径等等。不同的数控系统在实现刀具补偿功能时又有着不同的编程和操作方式。本文分析了切削过程中产生问题的原因,并根据刀补原理针对不同的数控系统提出了具体的解决方法。
In the programming and operation of the numerical control lathe,the relative position of the tool and its workpiece are very important.The main factors which influence the accuracy include the shape and position of the tool as well as the tool radius.Different CNC system has different means to deal with the problem.In this paper,the causes for problems in cutting are analyzed and some solutions are suggested based on different CNC system.
