摘要
为了解大学生身体成分及健康现状,促进大学生身心健康,对安徽省大学生身体成分及健康现状进行了分析和研究。结果表明,男女大学生的体重总体偏低,脂肪与去脂体重两部分的比例不适宜,营养不良情况严重。男生营养缺乏情况多于女生;女生除营养缺乏外,体脂偏高,营养过剩导致肥胖的问题非常突出。提出加强身体成分与健康的宣传教育,在合理营养的前提下,进行科学的体育锻炼是增强体质、增进健康的最佳途径。
Investigation and study are conducted by test,literature and statistic in university students in Anhui Province.Thus we can understand the body composition of university students and health status to help them to promote physical and mental health.Results show that the weight of male and female students in general is somewhat low,the ratio of fat mass and fat-free mass is inappropriate and the malnutrition situation is serious.The nutritional deficiencies are more serious in boys than in girls.In addition to nutritional deficiencies,girl's obesity problem due to high fat mass is very prominent.Propaganda and education about body composition and health status need to be strengthened.With rational nutrition,scientific physical exercise is the best way to enhance physical fitness and health of university students.
