摘要
介绍了金川集团SO_2烟气、酸性废水综合治理及发展以氯碱、煤化工为核心产业链的规划思路。今后金川集团将以2 560 kt/a硫酸、460 kt/a烧碱为依托,重点发展PVC、硫酸钾、草酸、环氧氯丙烷等产品,并积极推进贫矿酸浸、尾矿酸浸等项目以回收镍、铜等有价金属资源。金川集团规划形成有色金属为核心主业,以盐、硫、煤资源为依托的原料化工为第二支柱产业的发展格局,实现企业资源、能源的综合利用和可持续发展。
Jinchuan Group＇s treatment situation of SO_2 off-gas and acidic wastewater and planning ideas with developing chlor-alkali and coal chemical industry as core industry chain are described.Relying on its 2 560 kt/a sulphuric acid and 460 kt/a caustic soda capacities,Jinchuan Group will mainly develop PVC,potassium sulphate, oxalic acid and epichlorohydrin,and actively promote lean ore and tailings leaching projects for recovery of nickel and copper valuable metals resources in the future.According to the plan,in addition to the nonferrous metals as its core business,Jinchuan Group will take salt,sulphur and coal resources as the basis of developing raw material chemical industry for the second pillar industry,in order to achieve comprehensive utilization of resources and energy and sustainable development.
