介绍了中海油能源发展股份有限公司惠州石化分公司10 kt/a废硫酸再生装置工艺流程和设备优化选型情况。该装置采用一级动力波洗涤器一冷却塔一二级动力波洗涤器一湿式纤维除雾器酸洗净化、"3+1"二转二吸制酸工艺,通过对关键设备废酸裂解炉、燃烧器、废硫酸喷嘴、动力波洗涤器、转化器、气体换热器等的优化设计和选型,使得装置占地面积小、高效可靠,解决了硫酸烷基化装置废硫酸出路问题,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The process and selection of equipment of Huizhou Petrochemical Branch's 10 kt/a spent acid regeneration plant are described.The plant adopted a cleaning section consisting of two stage DynaWave scrubbers, packed gas cooling tower and wet fiber mister and"3 + 1"double absorption process.Optimized design and selection of key equipment including spent acid cracking furnace,burners,spent acid spray nozzle,DynaWave scrubbers, converters and gas-gas heat exchanger impart the plant small floor space and efficient and reliable operation. The issue of spent acid from alkylation plant is solved with good economic and social benefits.
