摘要
介绍了生物脱硫技术的机理及工艺流程,与传统干法和湿法脱硫工艺相比,生物脱硫技术具有环境友好、工艺简单、生产成本低、副产物可利用等特点。重点介绍了荷兰帕克公司BIODESOX生物脱硫技术在宜兴协联热电有限公司应用情况,生物脱硫装置运行稳定,处理烟气量1.1×10~6m^3/h,脱硫效率在95%以上,排放尾气ρ(SO_2)<100 mg/m^3;同时副产w(S)60%~70%硫磺11.8 t/d,分解柠檬酸废水80 t/d,达到了"以废治废"的目的。
Mechanism and process of biological desulfurization technologies are overviewed.Compared with traditional dry and wet FGD processes,biological desulphurization processes have some advantages including environment -friendship,simple process,low operation cost and useful by-products.Application of Holland Paques's BIODESOX biological desulphurization process in Yixing Xielian Thermo-electric Co.Ltd.is described.The plant operation is stable with off-gas volume 1.1×10~6 m^3 /h,desulphurization efficiency over 95%,tail gas SO_2 concentration lower than 100 mg/m^3,11.8 t/d by-product sulphur[w(S) 60%-70%],while decomposing 80 t/d wastewater from citric acid plant.The purpose for dealing with waste by waste was achieved.
