摘要
用Ansys建立起重电磁铁的有限元模型;通过VC.Net,调用Ansys计算起重电磁铁吸力,实现对起重电磁铁的参数化编程,实现计算不同线圈电流、铁磁材料、气隙、电磁铁尺寸、被吸物尺寸的起重电磁铁的吸力。
Ansys finite element model of lifting electromagnet was established. Lifting electromagnet was calculated by Ansys through VC. Net. The parameters of programming of lifting electromagnet was achieved. The different sucked suction of lifting electromagnet was caculated for different coil current, ferromagnetic materials, air gap, magnet size.
