摘要
采用一种混合人工鱼群算法,对磁保持继电器进行优化设计。该算法在优化早期,利用鱼群算法的快速收敛能力,确定阶段最优解;优化后期,在该阶段最优解的基础上,应用遗传算法的全局极值搜索能力,求取全局最优解,从而大大提高求解速度和寻优精度;编制了磁保持继电器的动态优化计算程序,并以某型号磁保持继电器为例进行了优化设计;最后,利用Adams对优化样机进行了验证。仿真结果表明,优化后的磁保持继电器具有更加良好的动态特性和综合经济指标。
A new kind of hybrid artificial fish school algorithm was applied to optimizing design of magnetic latching relay. In the initial optimization stage, the artificial fish school algorithm was used to obtain the stage optimum solution by its fast convergence ability. Then, based on the stage optimum solution, the genetic algorithm was introduced to obtain the global optimum solution by its good global extremum search ability. Consequently, the convergence rate and search accuracy had been improved significantly. The dynamic optimization calculation program of magnetic latching relay was designed and the optimization design example was showed. Finally, the results were validated by means of Adams. The experimental simulation results showed that the dynamic characteristics and the composite economic indicators of magnetic latching relay were improved.
