摘要
针对带凸缘盒形件毛坯设计存在的难题,提出一种基于正反向模拟沿变形路径带权趋近的毛坯修正方法。结合Dynaform软件并用所提出的毛坯修正方法,实现了毛坯形状的优化设计。比较修正毛坯和初始毛坯的材料利用率,并分别对成形件质量进行比较。结果表明,这种毛坯设计方法提高了材料的利用率,具有较强的工程实用性。
A modification method of blank by reaching along the deformation path was proposed based on forward and reverse simulation in order to solve the difficulty in design of a rectangular box with flange.An optimal design of blank shape was achieved from a Dynaform-based modification method.Comparison made on the material utilization and forming quality of the blank shape before and after being revised indicates the design method efficient and practical.
