摘要
为寻求一种操作成本低,容易批量生产的金属双极板加工方法,把级进模冲压成形工艺应用于制造具有8条微小平行沟槽的质子交换膜燃料电池金属双极板,分析了制件的冲压成形工艺,给出了合理的排样图,利用DYNAFORM有限元方法模拟分析了关键的工艺步骤,模拟结果表明利用级进模冲压成形工艺制造0.1 mm厚SS304不锈钢双极板是可行的。提供了制造金属双极板的可行性解决方案,该方案具有一定的柔性和通用性。
Bipolar plate is one of the most important and costly components of PEMFC.To develop a kind of production process for metal bipolar plates,which is suitable for low cost mass production,a progressive die stamping process was developed.In this way,a metal bipolar plate for PEMFC,which has 8 parallel micro-channels on its surface,can be manufactured.The stamping process of the workpiece was analyzed and a reasonable layout was given;then critical process steps were analyzed and simulated by DYNAFORM finite element method.The results indicate that the progressive die stamping process is a feasible technique for fabricating 0.1mm thick bipolar plates of SS304 stainless steel.This paper provides feasible solutions which have a certain degree of flexibility and versatility to manufacture metal bipolar plates.
