摘要
针对级进模的结构特点,在分析大量镶拼凹模结构的基础上,归纳和总结了镶拼凹模的结构形式及其分割的一般准则。为了提高级进模CAD系统的设计效率,充分利用设计者的经验,发挥设计者的自主灵活性,采用自动化设计和交互式设计相结合的方法,实现了级进模镶拼凹模的分割设计,同时还提供了分割点和分割线的交互修改功能。
The structure type of splitting dies and some general rules of partition were summarized based on study of the structural characteristic of various splitting dies of progressive dies.To improve the design efficiency of CAD system for progressive die,a method integrating automatic and interactive mode was applied to the partition design of splitting dies and meanwhile the interactive modification function of segmentation points and lines was provided.
