摘要
研究了一种新型的三相单级Buck-Boost PFC变换器,用一个PWM信号同时控制4个开关管的通断状态,实现升/降压调压;基于交流侧的LC滤波实现了功率因数校正,并解决了传统的Buck-Boost变换器体积过大和输出电压反向的问题。介绍了变换器的工作原理并分析了稳态时的工作状况、输入电流谐波状况;设计了电压闭环控制系统;利用MATLAB/Simulink建立仿真模型,仿真结果验证了变换器的性能。
A novel single stage three-phase Buck-Boost PFC converter was introduced that could realize rise/ drop of the voltage by controlling 4 switches simultaneously with single PWM signal. It could obtain good power factor correction effect through applying LC filter in input side and solve the problems that the converter' s volume was too large and the output voltage was reversed existed in traditional Buck-Boost converter. Moreover, the eonverter's work principle, working condition during steady-state and the input current harmonies condition were analyzed. A voltage closed-loop control system was designed and a simulation model was established using MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation results verified the converter performances.
