连续碳纤维复合塑料笔记本电脑外壳的成型工艺 被引量:3

摘要 从成型工艺、切割、表面粘结层涂布、模内镶嵌注射及表面装饰等方面,对热固性连续碳纤维复合材料笔记本电脑外壳制造的关键技术进行了研究。结果表明:在同等强度的条件下,相比传统工程塑料制备的电脑外壳,热固性连续碳纤维复合材料笔记本电脑外壳厚度可减薄50%,质量减轻40%,其外观拥有碳纤维特殊立体纹理和光泽,而且拥有良好的散热性、屏蔽性、耐候性和耐腐蚀性。 Some key manufacturing technologies of notebook computer shell made of continuous thermosetting carbon fiber composite material were researched and developed from aspects of forming technique,cutting,coating of surface bonding layer,in-mould decoration and surface decoration,etc.The results show that compared with computer shell made of conventional engineering thermoplastics,the thickness of the shell made of continuous thermosetting carbon fiber composite can be reduced by 50% and the mass decreased by 40% while owning identical strength.Furthermore,the product has special stereo-texture and luster of carbon fiber in its appearance and has good heat dispersion,shielding property,weather resistance and corrosion resistance.
