九种杀虫剂对桃粉大尾蚜的毒力测定 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】通过对桃粉大尾蚜进行室内毒力测定,了解杀虫剂对桃粉大尾蚜的毒力,为该害虫在新疆的化学防治及抗药性治理(IRM)策略提供科学依据。【方法】应用浸叶法测定桃粉大尾蚜对不同类型杀虫剂的敏感性。【结果】通过9种药剂对桃粉大尾蚜室内24 h毒力测定表明:吡虫啉杀虫剂对桃粉大尾蚜表现出较高的活性,LC50为0.0130.031 mg/L;其次为阿维菌,LC50为0.042 mg/L;优化Bt(LC500.052 mg/L)和啶虫脒(LC500.087 mg/L);高氯微乳剂、顺式氯氰菊酯的活性最低,LC50在0.380.454 mg/L。48 h毒力测定表明,LC50的排序没有发生变化,但毒力均有所增加。【结论】拟除虫菊酯类农药在生产实践中杀伤天敌比较严重,推荐田间防治桃粉大尾蚜的药剂分别吡虫啉、阿维菌、优化Bt和啶虫脒等药剂。 【Objective】In order to provide scientific basis for the chemical control of Hyalopterus amygdali Blanchard and the management of resistance of Hyalopterus amygdali Blanchard to different insecticides in Xinjiang were studied.【Method】The susceptibility of Hyalopterus amygdali Blanchard to different insecticides in Xinjiang were detected by the methods of leaf-dip bioassay.【Result】Toxicities test of 9 insecticides to Hyalopterus amygdali Blanchard were analysed.The result showed that imidacloprid with the best activity for Hyalopterus amygdali Blanchard,their LC50 were 0.013-0.031 mg/L,other insecticides with the higher toxicity are Bacillus thuringiensis(LC500.052 mg/L),acetamiprid(LC500.087 mg/L).Pyrethroid with the low activity for Hyalopterus amygdali Blanchard,their LC50 were 0.38-0.454 mg/L.【Conclusion】We found that pyrethroid insecticides were not safe for the natural enemy,so imidacloprid,Bacillus thuringiensis and acetamiprid were suggested for against Hyalopterus amygdali Blanchard.
