基于油耗及噪声目标的轻型商用车匹配优化研究

摘要 介绍了基于油耗噪声目标的轻型商用车在整车成本控制的前提下,对车辆发动机与传动系统匹配优化获得汽车综合性能的一种方法。以某款轻型商用车为例,对车型试验过程中出现的油耗及噪声超出预定目标值的问题开展分析,借助AVL Cruise软件进行动力性及经济性仿真计算,在油耗及噪声目标约束下优化传动系匹配。通过不同方案的样车测试,验证了方案的可行性及油耗、噪声的改善效果,使整车综合性能更加合理。 In this paper,a way how to get a multiple-function of vehicle is introduced by the optimal matching of the power transmission system of hydro-driver vehicle based on the overall vehicle cost control.Take a light duty commercial vehicle as an example.The problem of fuel consumption(FC) and noise with no impact on cost is analyzed.The AVL Cruise software has been used to conduct FE optimization and power simulation.Based on the actual vehicle testing data,the vehicle testing data show that the feasibility of program,the improvement effect of fuel consumption and noise are tested,which make the multiple-function of overall vehicle more reasonable.
