全程护理干预对纤维支气管镜检查病人的影响

目的：探讨全程护理干预对纤维支气管镜检查病人影响。方法：选择从2007年2月1日至2009年10月31日在我院行纤维支气管镜检查的520例病人，随机分为全程组和常规组。对全程组进行全程护理干预，常规组按传统方法进行护理，将护理结果进行对比。结果：全程组平均检查时间比常规组缩短了15分钟；并发症发生率降低了0．77％；病人满意度提高了16．8％。（P均〈0．05）。结论：全程护理干预既能提高工作效率，减少并发症，又能提高满意度。

Objective：Discusses the entire journey nursing to intervene to the textile fiber bronchoscope inspects the patient to affect. Methods：Chooses from February 1,2007 to October 31,2009 520 example patients who inspects in my courtyard good textile fi ber broneboscope,divides into the entire journey group and the conventional group stochastically. Carries on entire journey nursing intervention to the entire journey group, the conventional group will carry on nursing according to the traditional method, will nurse the result to carry on the contrast. Results： The entire journey group average inspection time reduced 15 minutes compared to the conventional group;The complication formation rate reduced 0. 77%;The patient degree of satisfaction enhanced 16. 8%. （P 〈0. 05）Conclusion：The entire journey nursing intervention both can enhance the working efficiency, reduces the complication, and can enhance the degree of satisfaction.
