托拉塞米辅助治疗慢性心功能不全的疗效观察

目的：探讨托拉塞米辅助治疗慢性心功能不全的临床疗效。方法：选择我院收治的慢性心功能不全患者90例，随机分为2组，在对两组常规用药的基础上，对观察组45例采用托拉塞米辅助治疗，对照组45例采取呋塞米辅助治疗。结果：给药前后患者心流动力学、心电图、心率、呼吸两组均未出现明显差异，观察组首剂静脉给药较对照组首剂给药作用时间延长明显（P〈0．01），观察组在首剂给药后，血液电解质波动范围在尿量达500ml时明显缩小（P〈0．05，或P〈0．01），观察组在oh-12h的尿量明显高于对照组。结论：托拉塞米辅助治疗慢性心功能不全疗效肯定，在心功能、机体内环境的稳定性和利尿作用的改善明显优于呋塞米。

Results： For the medicine around the patient heart flow mechanics, the electrocardiogram, the heart rate, breathe two groups not to have the obvious difference, the ob- servation group first medicinal preparation vein compare the control group first medicinal preparation for the medicine to lengthen obviously for the medicine response time（P〈0.01） ,the observation group after the first medicinal preparation for the medicine,the blood electrolyte undulation scope reaches 500ml when the amount of urine the obvious reduction（P〈0.05, or P〈0.01 ）, the observation group is higher than the control group obviously in the Oh-12h amount of urine. Conclusion： Holds the Lasser rice assistance treatment chronic heart function not entire curative effect to affirm that,in the heart function,organism inner rim boundary stability and the diuresis function improvement surpasses obviously fu fills the rice.
