氯沙坦治疗轻中度高血压病疗效观察

目的：观察氯沙坦降压疗效及不良反应。方法：选择56例轻、中度高血压患者，给予氯沙坦50～100mg／d，疗程8周，采用自身对照方法观察患者服用氯沙坦后血压变化、生化指标及不良反应。结果：治疗8周后收缩压、舒张压降低有显著差异性（P〈0．05）。其中显效44例（78．57％），有效8例（14．28％），无效4例（7．14％），总有效率为92．85％。不良反应（5．35％）发生率低。结论：氯沙坦是治疗轻、中度高血压安全、有效、不良反应轻微的理想药物。

Results.. After treats 8 weeks the systolic pressure, the diastolic pressure re- duces has the remarkable difference（P〈0.05）. Shows results 44 examples（78.57% ）, the effective 8 examples（ 14.28 %）, the invalid 4 examples（7. 14%）,the total effectiveness is 92.85%. Responds（5.35%）not good the formation rate lowly. Conclusion：Chlorine Sha Tan is treats, the moderate hypertension lightly safe,effective, responds the slight ideal medicine not good.
