摘要
针对磁防垢、除垢、防腐、与节气节油的作用条件和要求,对磁场强度的高低、流体通过磁场切割磁力线的速度大小、流体切割磁力线的次数、磁处理介质的化学成份、碳酸盐垢的特性、流体介质的温度等之间的影响关系和磁防垢、除垢、防腐、节气、节油的机理进行了论述。为推广节能减排磁水处理技术和研究设计节能减排磁水处理产品提供了有价值的参考。
Aiming at the condition and the demands of magnetic scale prevention,descaling,corrosion protection and saving natural gas gasoline,the affection and relationship among the size of magnetic filed intensity,the velocity of liquid flowing in the magnetic filed,the number times of cutting off magnetic force line,chemical composition of actuating magnetic medium,the special property of the carbonate in magnetic filed,the temperature of the fluid medium in a system and so on are discussied in this paper.The mechanism of them are also introduced.It has some references for popularizing the magnetic treatment technology and product design in energy conservation and emission reduction.
