乳腺癌化疗的护理

目的：探讨乳腺癌术后化疗的临床护理。方法：对我院40例乳腺癌术后化疗患者采取针对性护理措施。结果：40例乳腺癌患者，均完成了全程化疗，不同程度地存在着心理障碍，出现静脉炎10例，胃肠反应30例，骨髓抑制20例，口腔溃疡5例，脱发40例，转氨酶增高6例。化疗期间患者的生活质量无明显下降。结论：采取科学有效的护理措施，降低化疗并发症的发生率，提高生活质量。

Conclusion： Takes the science effective nursing measure, reduces the chemotherapy complication the formation rate, improves the quality of life.
