中西医结合治疗特发性面神经麻痹58例临床观察

目的：探讨治疗特发性面神经麻痹的有效途径。方法：将110例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组予以激素、神经营养剂、抗炎、抗病毒药物治疗；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服中药辨证施治加理疗及针灸。结果：治疗组治愈28例，有效27例，无效3例，总有效率为94．9％；对照组治愈18例，有效24例，无效10例，总有效率为81．77％；两组比较有显著性差异。结论：正颜面汤结合针灸治疗特发性面神经麻痹起到标本兼治的效果。
