摘要
通过建立船用密封装置Ω弹簧组的有限元分析模型,用Ansys11.0进行单片弹簧的强度、刚度、补偿量、比压等特性分析,给出弹簧片与Ω弹簧组的结构与补偿特性.针对弹簧组的承载情况和位移补偿要求,进行动力响应分析,给出Ω弹簧组的轴向、径向及混合振动补偿特性.
The paper constitutes the finite element models of Ω spring set for the ship seal device.Use Ansys11.0 to analyze the strength,stiffness,compensation rate and specific pressure of the single spring,and give out the structure and compensatory characteristic of single spring and Ω spring set.For the request of the load bearing and offset compensations,the paper uses the dynamic analysis method to analyze the axis,radial and combined vibration characteristics of the ？ spring set seal device.
