摘要
通过对普通小麦-大麦杂种后代群体分离出的13个2n=42整倍体衍生系种子发芽水分效应和干旱胁迫条件下产量效应进行研究.结果表明:结合方差分析筛选出4个具有大麦抗旱性状的杂种后代衍生系(WB0859、WB0862、WB0826、WB0817),其中,WB0817、WB0826和WB08623个衍生系的抗旱指数介于‘长武34’和‘小偃128’对照品种之间,衍生系WB0859抗旱指数均高于抗旱对照品种.
Four drought resistance lines were selected out from 13 euploids(2n=42) progenies derived from the common wheat×barley hybrids to test seed sprout in different water potential before spreading and analyze variance of plantule and radicle length.The drought resistance of lines WB0817,WB0826 and WB0862 were between 'Changwu 34' and 'Xiaoyan 128',the drought resistance indexes of WB0859 were all higher than those of CK.
