摘要 针对双模式混合驱动装置电机的参数匹配,提出了一种多目标优化的方法.在研究双模式混合驱动装置动力输出特性与电机功率间关系的基础上,以驱动功率利用率和电机功率为优化目标,利用Matlab和Isight软件进行了建模和求解.并根据计算结果中电机转速转矩工作点分布对电机A,B的外特性进行了设计,有利于进一步降低电机功率,改善系统优化匹配设计. The speed characteristics of single-mode and dual-mode hybrid transmission were analyzed.The influence of motor power on the output characteristic was studied by using maximum output torque optimization model.Considering the rational matching of dynamical output characteristic and motor power,the multi-objective optimization model was established and the optimal compromise Pareto solution was achieved using multi-objective genetic algorithm.Based on the operating-point distribution of motor speed torque,the outside characteristics of motor A and B were designed.The result shows that the system matching optimization design of the dual-mode hybrid transmission is improved.
