摘要
在对教师教育本体内涵与现实状态的分析中,发现现实教师教育还存在缺陷,并认为教师教育应该从本体内涵出发。教师教育应该兼顾到各层次学校教育的教师培养,应该对各级各类学校的教师进行职前培养、职初培训和职后提升教育。针对此,在本体内涵的前提下,提出了修正当前教师教育缺陷的对策。
In this paper,we analyze the original meaning of teacher education and the practice status,and find that there are some defects in teacher education practicing.We think that the teacher education should be based on the original meaning of it,and teacher education should take into account the teachers' training in the various levels of school education,and pre-training,initial-training and upgrading-training should be given to teachers of all types of schools.Then based on the original meaning of teachers' education,we put forward some counter-measures to amend the defects.
