摘要
教师的外部流动作为一种社会流动现象,它不仅实现了对社会的贡献,而且对教育事业的发展功不可没。但现当今,教师角色的不明确、自我封闭的教师招聘、无序的教师辞退,以及淡薄的教师市场竞争,造成了教师外部流动的困难,而且有失合理性。基于教师外部流动的现状,从地位的提高,制度的保障,市场化的竞争探讨合理化的教师外部流动路向,优化教师队伍,实现教育伟大事业的发展。
Teacher's outflow,as a social mobility phenomenon,has not only realized the contribution to the society,but has improved the educational development.But now,the ambiguous teacher's roles,the closed teacher's recruitment,the disorder of teacher's dismiss,and the weak competitiveness have brought about the difficulty in the outflow and lost its rationality.Based on the reality and from the status enhancement,the system of commercialization,market-oriented competition investigation,the paper discusses the path of legitimate teachers' outflow,the optimization of the teachers and the development of education.
