乌云界自然保护区集体林地补偿标准探讨

Discussions on Collective Forest Land Compensation Standards of Wuyunjie Nature Reserve

对湖南省乌云界自然保护区各功能区农村居民进行了实地问卷调查,收集了自然保护区农村居民收入、支出水平等经济状况,收入来源和支出结构,并用SPSS统计软件对各功能区居民家庭收入和封山前后收入差异进行了显著性检验.证实建立自然保护区对当地居民生产习惯与收入水平有一定影响,应提高补偿到以保证自然保护区内居民生活状况达到所在乡镇的平均水平.

Through the survey of the rural residents in the functional areas of Wuyunjie nature reserve in Hunan Province,we collected the rural people＇s income,expenditure levels and other economic conditions,sources of income and expenditure structure.The SPSS statistical software was used to investigate the differences of residents＇ income before and after enclosing the hills.It is proved that establishing nature reserves have some influences on the production habits and income level of local residents.Compensation standard should be increased to improve the living conditions of residents within the nature reserve to the average township level.
