摘要
目的研究板党硒多糖(Se-Polysaccharides in Codonopsis Pilosula from Banqiao)对肢体缺血/再灌注(1imbischemia reperfusion,LIR)后心肌损伤的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为三组:对照组、模型组和板党硒多糖治疗组。对照组和模型组用生理盐水灌胃处理,板党硒多糖治疗组用板党硒多糖灌胃处理,4周后,模型组和板党硒多糖治疗组造成LIR损伤,观察再灌注4h后左心室内压力峰值(LVSP)、左心室舒张末期压(LVEDP)和左心室内压最大变化速率(±dp/dtmax),血中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)含量的变化,血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果 4 h后,模型组与对照组比较:LVSP和±dp/dtmax降低、LVEDP增高(P<0.01、P<0.05);SOD和GSH-Px活性明显降低、MDA含量明显增加(P<0.01);LDH、α-HBDH和CK均明显增高(P<0.01)。板党硒多糖治疗组与模型组比较:LVSP和±dp/dtmax增高(P<0.01、P<0.05)、LVEDP变化不明显;SOD和GSH-Px活性增高、MDA含量减少(P<0.01);LDH、α-HBDH和CK均降低(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论板党硒多糖对LIR后心肌损伤有明显的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Se-Polysaccharides in Codonopsis Pilosula from Banqiao on myocardium injury in rat which suffered from limb ischemia reperfusion(LIR).Methods SD rats were divided into three groups: control group,model group and treatment group.The control group and model group were given NaCl by gavages and the treatment group by Se-Polysaccharides in Codonopsis Pilosula from Banqiao respectively for 4 weeks,and then LIR models were established.Observations were made on left ventricular systolic pressure(LVPS),left ventricular end-diastolic pressure and ±dp/dtmax after reperfusion 4h as well as the activity of SOD,GSH-Px,LDH,α-HBDH and CK,the amount of MDA after reperfusion.Results Compared with control group,LVSP and ±dp/dtmax went down in model group,LVEDP(P0.01,P0.05) went up;the activity of SOD,GSH-Px,LDH,α-HBDH and CK were greatly lowered,the amount of MDA went up(P0.01).While in comparison with model group,LVSP and ±dp/dtmax went up significantly in treatment group(P0.01,P0.05);the activity of SOD,GSH-Px,LDH,α-HBDH and CK went up,but the amount of MDA went down(P0.01,P0.05).Conclusion Se-Polysaccharides in Codonopsis Pilosula from Banqiao can greatly protect the myocardium from limb ischemia reperfusion.
