功能性消化不良与慢性妇科疾病的关系探讨

Investigation of the Relationship between Functional Dyspepsia and Chronic Gynecological Diseases

目的探讨功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)与慢性妇科疾病的相互关系。方法采用FD症状量表、胃镜检查及妇检,了解84例消化内科女性FD患者慢性妇科疾病的重叠发病状况,并与84例五官科女性患者进行对照。选取消化内科40例FD与慢性妇科疾病重叠患者,随机分为各20人的治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用制酸剂和促进胃动力剂治疗2周的同时,对其妇科病进行抗感染药物治疗,对照组仅用制酸剂和促进胃动力剂,不进行抗感染治疗,观察两组FD症状缓解程度。结果女性FD患者慢性妇科疾病发病率约为47.6%,明显高于五官科女性患者的11.9%(P<0.01)。治疗组经抗感染治疗者FD症状好转率为75%,明显高于未经抗感染治疗者(40%)。结论慢性妇科疾病可能引发或者加重FD,抗感染治疗后可明显改善FD患者的症状。

Objective To investigate the relationship between functional dyspepsia and chronic gynecological diseases.Methods With reference to FD Indicators,Gastroscopy and Gynaecological diagnosis,the selected 84 cases of FD overlapping with chronic gynecological diseases were compared with the 84 otolaryngological cases with gynecological diseases.40 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 20 patients respecitvely.The patients in control group were treated with Antacid and Gastrointestinal Prokinetic Agents only while those in treatment group were treated with two weeks of Antacid,Gastrointestinal Prokinetic Agents and anti-infective treatment for gynecological diseases.Results The incidence of chronic gynecological diseases of patients with FD（47.6%） is markedly higher than that of otolaryngological cases（11.9%）（P0.01）.Compared with that of the control group（40%）,the recovery rate of treatment group（75%） is significantly improved after treatment.Conclusions Chronic gynecological diseases may result in or aggravate FD,but the symptoms of FD can be alleviated with anti-infective treatment.
