情绪管理训练对急诊护士职业压力源应对的作用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨情绪管理训练对急诊护士职业压力源应对的作用。方法 102位急诊护士随机分为两组,实验组实施情绪管理训练,对照组采用自身调节方法,30 d后评价两组护士职业压力源量表和简易应对量表评分。结果训练后实验组护理及工作、工作量及时间、病人护理、管理及人际关系4个维度评分明显低于训练前(P<0.05,P<0.01);组间比较,上述4个维度评分差异均显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。训练后实验组积极应对评分明显升高,消极应对评分明显降低(P<0.05),实验组训练后积极应对评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情绪管理训练有助于改良护士的固有压力应对方式,从而减轻护士的不良压力反应,有效应对压力。 Objective To explore the role of emotional management training of emergency nurses in handling occupational stressors.Methods 102 emergency nurses were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group with emotional management training and the control group with self-regulation approach.Evaluations were made on their scales of handling occupational stressors and life stress after 30d.Results After training,the scores of the four dimensions such as nurses and their work,workload and time,patients′ care and management and interpersonal relations in the experimental group were significantly lower than before(P0.05,P0.01).The score differences of the above four dimensions between the two groups were great(P0.05,P0.01).In the experimental group,the scores of positive handling were significantly higher and the scores of negative handling were significantly lower than before(P0.05).The scores of positive handling in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion For emergency nurses,the emotional management training was helpful to improve the styles of handling occupational stressor so as to relieve and handle their pressure effectively.
