红安县2000～2009年甲乙类传染病发病分析

An Analysis of the Incidence of Class-A and Class-B Infectious Diseases from 2000 to 2009 in Hong′an County

目的分析2000-2009年红安县甲、乙类传染病疫情动态及流行特征,为制定和完善传染病防制策略与措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法分析红安县2000-2009年甲、乙类传染病发病率、发病病种变化以及发病顺位。结果 2000-2009年红安县甲、乙类传染病年平均发病率为188.82/10万;死亡31例,年平均死亡率为0.47/10万;甲、乙类传染病总发病率呈前升后降趋势,其中呼吸道传染病和性传播传染病上升幅度较快。发病以呼吸道传染病和血源及性传播传染病为主,二者占发病总数的91.03%。结论 2000~2009年红安县甲、乙类传染病总发病率呈前升后降趋势。肺结核、乙型肝炎、痢疾、肝炎（甲型肝炎、戊型肝炎和未分型肝炎）、麻疹、淋病是红安县甲、乙类传染病发病的主要病种,应重点做好相应防治工作。

Objective To Analyze the dynamic status and epidemic characteristics of Class A and B infectious diseases from 2000 to 2009 in Hong′an county so as to provide a scientific basis for formulating and improving the strategies and measures of infectious diseases control.Methods Analyses were made on the rate,disease type change and pathogenesis sequence of Class-A and Class-B infectious diseases incidence with the description of epidemiology.Results In terms of Class-A and Class-B infectious diseases from 2000 to 2009 in Hong′an county,the average annual incidence rate is 188.82 /100000;there are 31 mortality cases,average annual mortality rate being 0.47/100000;overall incidence rate of Class-A and Class-B infectious diseases tends to increase at first and decrease later,among which the respiratory infections and sexual transmitted infections rise faster.Incidence mainly includes respiratory infection and hematogenous sexual transmitted infection,which amount to 91.03 % of the total incidence.Conclusion Overall incidence of Class-A and Class-B infectious diseases tends to increase at first and decrease later from 2000 to 2009 in Hong′an county.In Hong′an,the major diseases of Class-A and Class-B infectious diseases are Tuberculosis,Hepatitis B,Dysentery,Hepatitis（Hepatitis A,Hepatitis E and Non-Branched Type Hepatitis）,Measles,Gonorrhea,which are the focus of corresponding prevention work.
