不同条件下条斑紫菜光合效率的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 用叶绿素荧光仪测试了7个条斑紫菜品系在不同氮磷浓度、盐度、pH及光质条件下的光合效率及光合色素含量。结果显示,条斑紫菜叶状体最适氮浓度为1.0~1.5mg/L,最适磷浓度为0.05~0.15mg/L;在盐度为20~30条件下紫菜的光合效率保持较高的水平;紫菜生长的适宜pH值为8.0。在其它条件相同时,紫菜在不同的光质照射下光合效率顺序为:白光>绿光>红光>蓝光。所实验紫菜品系的藻红蛋白含量和变异幅度均显著大于藻蓝蛋白和别藻蓝蛋白,而叶绿素含量无明显变异。 Photosynthetic efficiency of seven strains of Porphyra yezoensis under different salinities,pH,light quality,concentrations of phosphorus and nitrogen was investigated by mini-PAM,and the content of the photosynthetic pigments was also measured in the experiment.Results showed that the salinities between 20 and 30 were better for Porphyra yezoensis,and in this range,the sample could keep a high grade of Fv/Fm.The fitting pH for Porphyra yezoensis is 8.0.The result varies when the sample was irradiated by different light quality.The sequence of photosynthetic efficiency among different light quality is whitegreenredblue;The optimum concentration of phosphorus was 0.05-0.15 mg/L,and that of nitrogen was 1.0-1.5 mg/L.In all samples,while the content of PE was greater than other phycobiliprotein,there is no different content of chlorophyll.
