摘要
SLD的输出光功率和中心波长会随着驱动电流和管芯温度的漂移而发生变化,所以为了获得稳定的输出光功率,光源就需要工作在稳定的驱动电流和稳定的环境温度下。采用"恒流源+温控"方案,并在温控电路中引入PID调节电路,利用闭环负反馈原理,设计了一个高精度的恒流驱动和温控电路,来提高光源的稳定性、可靠性和耐久性。
The output power and center wavelength of SLD will change with the drift of drive current and circumstance temperature.In order to obtain a stable output power,SLD needs to work in a stable drive current and a stable environment temperature.The system adopts a project of "constant current source + temperature control circuit",introduces a PID control circuit,uses the closed-loop negative feedback principle to design a high-precision constant current driving and temperature controling circuit,and improves the stability of SLD.
