摘要
骆马湖是沂沭泗流域洪水调度中的一个重要调蓄湖泊,做好骆马湖的洪水预报调度工作,是做好沂沭泗洪水预报调度的关键。将水文学与水力学方法相结合,水文学方法提供上边界入流流量过程,采用水量平衡方法进行骆马湖的洪水调度来确定各个闸的放水流量作为水力学方法的下边界条件,采用二维水力学模型进行骆马湖内洪水演算。二维水流运动数学模型采用有限差分法离散方程组,ADI法求解离散方程。结合方法用于骆马湖洪水预报与调度中取得了令人满意的结果,为沂沭泗洪水预报调度提供技术支撑。
Luoma lake in the Yishusi River basin plays an important role in flood storage and regulation.Both hydrology and hydraulics methods are used to forecast and dispatch work of Luoma lake.The hydrologh method is used to offer the inflow as upper boundary.The water balance method is used for Luoma lake flood regulation to calculate the outflow of each gate as lower boundary condition.The Luoma lake flood routing was calculated through twodimensional hydraulic model.The flnite difference method is applied to discrete equations in two-dimensional flow movement mathematical model,and ADI method is adopted to solve the dispersion equations.The satisfactory results have been achieved by the integrated method for flood forecasting and regulation for Luoma lake,which provides technical support for flood forecasting and dispatching in the Yishusi river basin.
